Dr Jade Teta
Dr. Jade Teta is a naturopathic doctor who holds a Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and a Doctorate in naturopathic medicine. Dr. Teta writes and lectures internationally as a continuing education provider for the medical and fitness fields. He is the author of several books amd programs including the best-selling Metabolic Effect Diet, Metabolic Aftershock and Metabolic Prime.
From an early age Dr. Jade Teta developed a love and passion for physical fitness. He said it made hime feel powerful, capable and was a means by which he could practice what he calls “emotional alchemy.” "If I became sad or anxious I purposely turned those emotions into the more directive emotions of fear or anger. I then transformed those emotions to motivation and channeled that energy into my workouts" he said.
One of his books, The Metabolic Effect Diet, was noted by Time Magazine as one of the best diet books in 2010. And he is still talk about metabolic solutions today, which shows that he is having success, and so are the people using his information.

Her first program, Flavilicious Fitness, is designed to give women a fit and healthy body through proper exercise and nutrition. Her second program, Curvalicious Fitness, was designed for those women that want to be fit, yet retain their curves. She also authored a cookbook named Flavilicious Cooking that makes it easy for anyone to cook fat burning, healthy meals that they and their family could enjoy.

Tyler Bramlett
Tyler wasn’t always in good shape and knowledgeable about fitness as he is today. Because in the beginning he was a bit overweight and searching for solutions to lose that weight and just get into better shape. All he wanted was to lose fat and add lean functional muscle.
In Tyler Bramlett's search for help from experts that would appease his appetite for knowledge he discovered Pavel Tsatsouline who he learned a lot from that make him what he has become today. Pavel is and ex soviet special forces trainer and expert in mobility and flexibility, bodyweight strength, power lifting and most intriguing to me the Kettlebell.

Shaun Hadsall
Shaun Hadsall is a very experience fitness professional. He had first hand experience of using and applying some bizarre and unusual fat loss strategies that have landed me numerous appearances in national fitness magazines, radio shows, and even on television. In 1998 Hadsall was a 1st Runner-up Grand Champion in Bill Phillips’s famous Body For LIFE™ contest with over 22,000 contestants.
